Matthew had his treatment last Wednesday. He was very tired and sore after. He had lab work prior to the treatment which showed a drop in his platelets again and his lymphocytes. Late Friday I received that the Mayo Clinic part 1 of 2 testing came back. They are still waiting to see what part 2 comes back as before any results can be discussed. The most likely outcome I think is it’s going to come down to a secondary diagnosis along with ALPS that needs treatment to target his B cells.

He has been struggling with his mental health and virtual school. We have plans to help him through this with his doctors and teachers as well. He has shown so much grit and determination throughout his life, but I told him it’s okay to have bad days. We are continually blown away with the donations and all the hard work put into the fundraiser next week! Please know we are so thankful and can’t wait to see everyone!
Thinking of you so often and can’t believe how strong you all are through this! ❤️❤️
